Michael Quon is a General Internal Medicine specialist at The Ottawa Hospital (TOH). He co-led the development of both a position statement and policy for physicians with disabilities at TOH, the first of their kind in Canada. He is leading the development of a new national community of practice for physicians with disabilities and chronic conditions, in collaboration with the Canadian Medical Association. He is interested in building more collaboration in initiatives that improve accessibility, accommodations, and equity in medicine.
