Shirley Lee is passionate about improving patient safety and advocating for equity in healthcare for our patients. Dr. Lee is an Emergency Medicine physician at The Ottawa Hospital, the Chair of the Coalition for Physician Learning and Practice Improvement, and Associate Senior Physician Advisor (Safe Medical Care-Learning) at the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA). She is interested in optimizing team performance especially in dealing with change and healthcare complexity.
