Claudia Hampel is the retired Patient and Family Engagement Lead at The Ottawa Hospital where she has continued as a patient relations specialist. Her previous work led to the creation of the Patients as Partners Program at the hospital which has supported authentic patient engagement in a wide variety of projects, committees and initiatives.
