Mamta Gautam is an internationally renowned psychiatrist, consultant, certified coach, author and speaker.  She is a trailblazer in the area of Physician Health and Well-being, and is known as the “The Doctor’s Doctor”.  Her main areas of focus are Physician Health, Physician Leadership, and Promoting Women Leaders in Medicine. Dr. Gautam is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards for her innovative work in advocating for her colleagues in medicine, and has been awarded Distinguished Fellowships in both the Canadian and American Psychiatric Associations.
