Katerina Denediou Derrer's research contributions are going to be in the field of medical education research. She is a staff psychiatrist at The Ottawa Hospital and Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry of University in Ottawa. Dr. Denediou Derrer has a MSc in medical and healthcare education (2023). In 2021-20222 she was a leadership fellow in medical education and simulation at the East of England. Her role as fellow included delivering hubs on educational theory, designing, delivering and facilitated VR / High Fidelity Simulation events and curating blended content online courses based on VR / immersive scenarios. Dr. Denediou Derrer has evaluated VR Sim and presented her findings internationally.
